About the Role
The primary objective of this internship is to provide you with the opportunity to gain practical working experience in both IT and Business Operations. You will be assigned daily tasks and project tasks that will help you develop your skills in these areas. During the internship, you will be responsible for maintaining company IT assets and ensuring the safekeeping of documents related to IT and Business Operations activities. This internship is designed to help you enhance your knowledge and gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
To provide IT technical support and troubleshooting.
To procure, setup, service and maintain company laptops, printers, servers, software, CCTV, networking, and other ICT equipment and services.
To make sure company IT equipment and services are well functioning.
To assist any IT activities involved in the business operations.
Any other ad hoc tasks / assignment assigns by the superior within the scope of the ICT profession.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and Mac OS.
Knowledge of productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 and Google Ecosystem.
Knowledge of setting up computer hardware, software, and network.
Able to communicate well with all levels.
