ARB Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia in October 1997 and was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in February 2004.
We are an IT software and platform provider that aspires to transform traditional enterprises into cloud and technology enterprises via our unique ecosystem partnership model. Our Group’s IT segment operates predominantly in two (2) business areas – Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Internet of Things (IoT). Our ERP unit involves in designing and reselling of customized ERP solutions. Our IoT unit provides customers with integrated solutions in the systems, engineering, procurement, commissioning and management of IoT systems (IoT SEPCM). We also manage a portfolio of renewable energy solutions (Re-energy solutions).
We provide complete solution for the integration of customized ERP systems, IoT systems and devices from designing to project deployment. Our expertise lies in empowering businesses through digital transformation and technology integration. With our talented management team and our commitment for excellence, we look forward to grow from strength to strength.

ARB Berhad officially changed its name from Artumaju Resources Berhad to ARB Berhad.
Secured a Green Project with University Sains Malaysia to install, operate and manage Solar PV System.

Accepted letter of award from Ageson Berhad for IoT SEPCM project for 260 units service apartment in Shah Alam.
MoA with Shuifa IoT Tech. Co., Ltd for IoT project for smart household water filtration system.
Business contract with Tatan Land Co., Ltd for ERP project in Cambodia.
Joint venture with Orange Social Media Sdn Bhd for ERP.
Achieved record breaking revenue of RM102.64 million and profit after tax of 34.39million for the financial year ended 31 December 2019.
Reclassified sector on Bursa Securities to Technology - Software.

Disposal of remaining 51% equity interest in timber business subsidiary.
