About the Role
As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for both IT and Business Operations activities. This includes maintaining company IT assets and ensuring the safekeeping of documents related to these activities. Your primary objective will be to efficiently carry out all assigned tasks and duties to support the smooth functioning of the organization.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for the organization.
Procure, set up, service, and maintain company laptops, printers, servers, software, CCTV, networking, and other ICT equipment and services.
Ensure that all company IT equipment and services are functioning optimally.
Assist with IT-related activities required for the smooth operation of the business.
Complete any additional ad hoc tasks or assignments assigned by superiors within the scope of the ICT profession.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and Mac OS.
Be knowledgeable in productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 and the Google Ecosystem.
Have experience in setting up computer hardware, software, and networks.
Communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
