JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide administrative assistance by managing documents, handling data entry, coordinating schedules, and supporting daily office operations. Assist with correspondence, record-keeping, and general clerical tasks while gaining practical experience in office administration and organizational processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support
• Assist in managing office documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
• Support internal communication, email correspondence, and meeting coordination.
• Help maintain office supplies, inventory, and procurement tracking.
Document Preparation & Reporting
• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and documents for management.
• Support data entry, record updates, and information management.
• Assist in compiling reports and maintaining digital and physical files.
Event & Meeting Coordination
• Assist in organising internal meetings, team briefings, and company events.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and corporate visits.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action lists.
Cross-Departmental Support
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
• Assist in basic HR, finance, or project-related administrative tasks.
• Help track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
Ad-hoc Tasks
• Participate in office improvement initiatives and workflow optimisation.
• Assist management or team members with tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive and willing to learn in a dynamic work environment.
