ARB Berhad ("ARB" or "the Group") was incorporated in Malaysia in October 1997 under the Companies Act 1965 and was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) in February 2004. We evolved from timber as our core business to include information technology ("IT") solutions and services.

 

In April 2019, to align with and solidify our new corporate identity and values, we rebranded as ARB Berhad and underwent a corporate transformation. Following the Group's diversification, we have achieved significant growth, securing high-value deals and building a robust network of clients and partners both locally and internationally. In April 2020, ARB transitioned its stock sector to Technology, specifically the Software Sub Sector. By December 2023, the IoT segment was demerged from the ARB Berhad Group.

 

Today, we concentrate in Cloud, CRM and Platforms solutions, aiming to reduce reliance on external vendors and capture a larger market share. Our remarkable growth is largely attributed to our skilled and experienced management team, whose diverse expertise has been instrumental in our success. With our talented leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence, we are poised to continue our upward trajectory and achieve even greater milestones.
