Description
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. The Senior Account Executive serves as a trusted advisor and plays a crucial role in achieving company sales and account management objectives.
Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts, General Ledger, Account Payable and Account Receivable.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, general ledger and accounts. Ensure all financial transactions are tracked timely and accurately in the company.
Ensure accounting entries are in accordance with the company accounting policies.
Ensure all the payment vouchers are being made and taken into the system.
Follow up on invoice exceptions and ensure exceptions are being investigated and closed on a timely basis.
Prepared audit schedules, company accounts and tax returns for audit.
Dealing with any queries from the auditors and tax agents.
Prepare and review tax computation and check the accuracy of tax computation prepared by tax agent.
Ensure all processing and reconciliations are completed at month-end.
Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
To assist in any ad-hoc tasks related to financial accounting & business operations as required.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree or above in Accountancy or any equivalent.
1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience with SQL is an added advantage.
Candidates must be self-motivated and willingness to learn. Possess analytical thinking & problem-solving skills and adapt to new challenges.
