Senior Business Manager (Cloud Corporate Solutions)

About the Role

As a senior sales consultant, you are required to build and lead a sales team to promote and sell company's cloud solutions products to large SME & Corporate clients in order to meet your individual's and company's target. Apart from direct sales team, you are also required to recruit, groom, support and grow strategic distribution partners as well as managing long-term relationship with key existing and new clients to ensure revenue growth.


  • Build and lead a sales team to directly close and manage key large SME/corporate clients

  • Recruit, manage and grow distribution partners (nationwide) to increase market penetration into large SME and corporate clients

  • Coordinate with operation team to provide sales training and product demo

  • Manage sales and marketing initiatives including conducting marketing activities, campaigns, arranging free trials, etc.

  • Initiate or participate in marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions and society/association events

  • Coordinate with relevant product/technical departments to ensure smooth product and solution delivery

  • Prepare a variety of status reports for periodic updates, including sales and marketing activities, pipelines, sales closures, follow-ups and adherence to goals

  • Maintain and develop strong long-term relationship with new and existing clients/partners

  • Identify and resolve clients concerns and problems

  • Proactively feedback to relevant departments for improvements and enhancements on product features, customer journey and user experiences

  • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned such as routine update to superior

  • Attend company and team meeting and briefing for developing sales strategy, team work and plans to increase number of opportunities and achievements

  • Monitor and feedback on competitors' activities and products

  • Assist on payment collections


  • Minimum 3-5 years working experiences as senior sales and business development

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies/ Business Studies/ Administration / Management fields or its equivalent

  • Candidate with knowledge of accounting & company/corporate secretarial or past and/or current working experience in cloud solutions or software sales is an added advantage

  • Good selling technique/presentation skills and well-groomed/presentable

  • Able to interact with people at all levels

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin Language is an added advantage

  • Energetic, self-motivated and hardworking

  • Computer literate

  • Able to work as a team and independently

  • Possess own transport
